David Legg, PhD, is a Professor of Sport Management and Adapted Physical Activity at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Canada. He specializes in the Paralympic movement and the legacy of major sporting events. His work bridges academic research with global sport governance, having served as President of the Canadian Paralympic Committee and Chair of the Calgary Adapted Hub.
