David Hayes is an MFA Mentor and Instructor in Creative Nonfiction at the University of King’s College Writing Workshops. Previously, he served as faculty at Ryerson University’s School of Journalism (1995–2002), teaching Advanced Magazine Writing and Introduction to Magazine Writing. His career spans over three decades as a feature writer, ghostwriter, and educator. Hayes holds a BJ degree from Ryerson University.
