Dr. David Fennelly is an Assistant Professor of Law at Trinity College Dublin, School of Law. He specializes in public law with a focus on European and international dimensions, particularly in human rights, equality, data protection, and foreign affairs. He teaches Public International Law, Foundations of Law II, and LLM courses on Data Protection and Human Rights Law. His clinical legal education program partners with diverse legal sectors. He practices as a barrister in the Law Library, Dublin, specializing in EU and international law before Irish and European courts.
