David Farmer

David Farmer, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in Medical Education & Health Systems Science at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of North Texas Health Science Center. As Director of Interprofessional Education & Practice, he focuses on collaborative practice competencies in interprofessional teams. With 23 years of clinical experience in counseling psychology, his expertise spans healthcare network design, suicide research, and youth mental health. He holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Louisiana College, MA in Marriage and Family, and PhD in Psychology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
