Dr David Faraci is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Durham University, where he serves as IT Officer, Seminar Organiser, JH Social Science (PPE) Advisor and Exam Board Representative, and Director of the Research Cluster 'Aesthetics, Ethics & Politics'.
He earned a BA in Philosophy from Rutgers University (2004) and a PhD in Philosophy from Bowling Green State University (2012), with prior teaching roles at Virginia Tech, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Georgetown University before joining Durham in 2018.

Recent Publications explore topics such as moral perception, epistemic coincidence, wage exploitation, and the intersection of deontic and evaluative ethics. His collaborative works with scholars like David Shoemaker and Paul M. Jaworski emphasize altruism, moral responsibility, and property rights.
Supervision includes advising PhD student Benjamin Ibanez Ibanez.
