David Ebenbach is the Assistant Director for Graduate Student and Faculty Programming at the Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS) and a Lecturer at Georgetown University. He teaches in the Center for Jewish Civilization and the Learning, Design and Technology Program, focusing on literature, creative writing, and creativity. He contributes to inclusive pedagogy initiatives like LEAP and leads the Apprenticeship in Teaching (AT) Program.

David Ebenbach is an award-winning author of ten books spanning fiction, poetry, and non-fiction, including How to Mars (2021) and What’s Left to Us by Evening (2022). His work explores the human condition through creative writing, literature, and poetry, while his academic roles emphasize inclusive pedagogy and teaching innovation. He also contributes to Georgetown’s Initiative on Pedagogical Uses of AI and other educational programs.
