David Day

David Day is a Professor of Psychological Science & Leadership and Academic Director of the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College. He holds the Steven L. Eggert ’82 P ’15 Professorship of Leadership and is a George R. Roberts Fellow. His career includes previous roles at LSU, Penn State, Singapore Management University, and the University of Western Australia Business School. An industrial-organizational psychologist, Day focuses on leadership development, leadership studies, and organizational psychology. He emphasizes the transformative impact of liberal arts education, reflecting his own journey from a part-time student to a distinguished academic.
