David Casini

David Casini serves as a Professor at Ababo, teaching Phenomenology of the Body (Code: ABAV1, 6 CFA) within the Fashion Design program. His artistic practice spans sculpture, drawing, and site-specific installations, reconfiguring traditional forms through abstraction to create conceptual microcosms where past and future converge in indefinite space-time.

His research investigates the rarefaction of matter in mental dimensions through nature and art history absorption, with core interests in Visual Arts, Sculpture, Drawing, Installation Art, Abstraction, Art History, Phenomenology, and Fashion Design. This interdisciplinary approach bridges artistic creation and theoretical frameworks of bodily perception.

Casini maintains an extensive exhibition record with solo presentations at Galerie Valeria Cetraro (Paris), Galleria CAR (Bologna), and Plutschow Gallery (Zurich), plus significant group shows including the 4th Thessaloniki Biennale of Contemporary Art, Oceanomania at Nouveau Musée National de Monaco, and The Mediterranean Approach across Venice, Marseille, and São Paulo.
