David Carroll

David Carroll is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Geography at Virginia Tech, affiliated with the College of Natural Resources and Environment. He specializes in meteorology, severe weather, and mesonet development. His work focuses on surface-atmosphere interactions and storm dynamics.
