David C. Goodman, MD, MS, is a Professor at the Geisel School of Medicine, Dartmouth College. As a physician, health services researcher, and educator, his work focuses on health care variation and its policy implications. He is a founding investigator of the Dartmouth Atlas of Health Care, leading projects on end-of-life cancer care, post-hospital discharge care, and neonatal care utilization.
