Das Gupta Srabonty

Das Gupta Srabonty is a researcher affiliated with the University of León, specifically in the School of Law and the Department of Public Law. Her academic work focuses on Public International Law and International Relations. She has completed her Ph.D. with a thesis titled International legal frameworks and enforcement mechanisms in addressing the protection gap for refugees and asylum seekers the recent refugee crisis in the Middle East 2024, supervised by Dr. Juan Francisco Escudero Espinosa.

Her research interests revolve around the intersection of international legal frameworks and practical enforcement mechanisms to address gaps in refugee protection, particularly in the context of the Middle East refugee crisis.
