Daryl Lim is the H. Laddie Montague Jr. Chair in Law at Penn State Dickinson Law, serving as Associate Dean for Research and Strategic Partnerships. He leads the Intellectual Property Law and Innovation Initiative and holds affiliations with the Institute for Computational and Data Sciences and the Center for Socially Responsible Artificial Intelligence. His expertise spans IP law, antitrust, AI governance, and innovation policy, with global influence through advisory roles at the UN and recognition by the U.S. DOJ/FTC as a leading expert.
