Daryl Lim is the H. Laddie Montague Jr. Chair in Law at Penn State Dickinson Law, where he serves as Associate Dean for Research and Strategic Partnerships and Founding Director of the Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Innovation Initiative. He is also a co-hire at the Institute of Computational and Data Sciences and an affiliate at the Center for Socially Responsible Artificial Intelligence. His career spans global teaching roles at institutions like the National University of Singapore, Fordham University School of Law, and Peking University School of Transnational Law.

Research Interests focus on the intersection of intellectual property, antitrust, AI, and data security. He examines how legal frameworks adapt to technological innovation, particularly in generative AI, privacy, and copyright. His work addresses global governance challenges, balancing stakeholder rights with innovation.
