Darryl C. Wilson serves as the Attorneys Title Fund Professor of Law and Director of the Institute of Caribbean Law and Policy at Stetson University College of Law. He previously held an associate professor position at Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law) and has taught internationally throughout the Caribbean, Spain, Estonia, Zambia, the Netherlands, and South Korea.
Professor Wilson's research interests span Real Property Law, Intellectual Property Law, Sports Law, and Entertainment Law. His work particularly focuses on real estate transactions, housing law for the elderly, international intellectual property, and Caribbean legal systems. He has made significant contributions to property law through his regular columns in the ABA Probate & Property Magazine and his co-authored textbooks.
His scholarly output demonstrates consistent focus on property law developments, with numerous articles analyzing current trends and legal challenges in real estate and property rights. Wilson's work shows particular attention to practical applications of property law in contemporary legal practice.

Professor Wilson actively advises several student organizations including the Intellectual Property Law Society, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Black Law Students Association, and Real Property Probate & Trust Law Society. He directs the Intellectual Property Law Externship Program and serves as Board Treasurer for the American-Caribbean Law Initiative. His professional experience includes serving as a neutral, mediator, and arbitrator for international (WIPO, NAF), national (USPS, AAA), and state agencies (Florida Attorney General's Office).
He maintains an active role in legal practice through alternative dispute resolution and has authored numerous ADR decisions, particularly in internet domain name arbitration disputes.
