Darren R. Korber is a Professor and Department Head of Food and Bioproduct Sciences at the University of Saskatchewan. His research focuses on microbial biofilms, antimicrobial resistance in agricultural systems, and food bioprocessing. He holds a Ph.D. and B.Sc. in Microbiology and Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan.
