Darlene Hicks

Darlene Hicks is a Clinical Educator at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Faculty of Medicine, affiliated with the School of Audiology & Speech Sciences. She contributes to clinical education and training programs for audiology and speech-language pathology students.

Her clinical interests focus on pediatric audiology and the early identification of hearing loss. She practices at the Richmond Health Department, which offers diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services and serves as a training site for students. Darlene also coordinates externship experiences across Canada as part of the UBC clinical coordinator team.
