Judge Darleen Ortega serves as a Pro Tem Instructor at the University of Oregon School of Law, teaching 'Access the Law' on both the Eugene and Portland campuses. She has been a Judge on the Oregon Court of Appeals since 2003, marking her as the first woman of color and only Latina to hold an appellate judgeship in Oregon.
