Darja Henseler

Dr. Darja Henseler is an Acting Professor in the Department of Environmental Toxicology at the University of Trier, where she leads a research team investigating immunotoxicological responses. Her laboratory focuses on the effects of contact allergens, nanoparticles, and chemical mixtures on immune cell activation mechanisms. Research methodologies include cell line studies, analysis of inflammatory mediators, and surface protein characterization using flow cytometry.
