Dariusz Siudak

Dr hab. Dariusz Siudak is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Management, part of the Faculty of Organization and Management at Lodz University of Technology. He serves as Head of the Division of Economics and Finance and is a member of the Management and Quality Studies Discipline Council, IFE Study Program Council, and IDS Scholarship Committee. His work spans interdisciplinary research at the intersection of finance, network science, and artificial intelligence.

• Research Interests: Relational organizational theory, complex financial networks, AI-driven management systems, system dynamics in enterprise governance, and value migration analytics.
