- Graduation from the Higher Vocational School for the Organization of Film and Television Production at the National Film School in Łódź (1987)
- PhD in Film Arts awarded at the Faculty of Film and Television Directing (2018)
His professional expertise bridges academic theory with practical industry application, with significant experience as a production manager and producer associated with Odeon Rybarczyk Production. His research interests focus on the organizational and managerial aspects of film production.
