Dr. Daphne Fulton serves as the Assistant Chair, Clinical Associate Professor, and Coordinator for Public Health at the Department of Public Health, Sam Houston State University (SHSU). She holds a DrPH in Public Health from Texas A&M University School of Public Health and an MPH from Texas A&M University School of Rural Public Health. With over 30 years of experience in community health and public health administration, her teaching emphasizes practical application, integrating real-world projects with healthcare institutions. Students in her courses collaborate with patients, healthcare providers, and researchers to develop health education materials for individuals with rare genetic disorders.
