Danilo Mandic is a Senior Lecturer at Westminster Law School, University of Westminster. He holds an LLB from Ss Cyril and Methodius University, an LLM in Entertainment Law from the University of Westminster, and a PhD in Copyright Law (thesis: 'Copyright and Technology: Hearing the Dissonance'). His research explores intersections between law, technology, sound, and humanities, with a focus on copyright law's relationship with digital practices and methodological frameworks using 'noise' as a critical tool. He also investigates law and sensory experiences, particularly sound, and engages with Michel Serres' philosophy.
