Danielle Weatherby is an Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she has been a faculty member since 2013. Her research focuses on the intersection of religious exercise and public accommodation laws, First Amendment jurisprudence affecting student speech, education law, and emerging legal protections for transgender individuals. She co-directs the law school's student competitions program and actively coaches teams in national appellate advocacy competitions.
