Danielle J. Allen

Danielle J. Allen is a Research Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC Chapel Hill), Project Director with the Equity Research Action Coalition (ERAC), and qualitative researcher at the Education Policy Initiative at Carolina (EPIC). Her work focuses on Black faith communities' role in education advocacy and social justice, alongside African-centered approaches in early childhood education.
