Danielle Beu Ammeter

Dr. Danielle Beu Ammeter is an Instructional Associate Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs at the University of Mississippi's School of Business Administration, Department of Management. She serves as the Business School’s Access and Engagement Liaison and chairs the Business School Engagement Collaborative. Dr. Ammeter actively contributes to university committees focused on strategy, assurance of learning, and student success.

Research Focus: Her scholarship examines Ethics and Leadership, Management Education, and Employee Accountability through interdisciplinary lenses. She investigates ethical decision-making frameworks, organizational accountability systems, leadership development methodologies, and pedagogical innovations in business education. Her work integrates human resource management with behavioral ethics to analyze workplace dynamics.

Publications: Dr. Ammeter's research appears in premier journals including the Journal of Business Ethics, Leadership Quarterly, and Human Resource Management Review. Her publications consistently explore organizational ethics, leadership psychology, and human resource systems, demonstrating a focus on behavioral mechanisms in workplace environments across 25+ scholarly articles.

Teaching: She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including BUS 300 (Business Internship), MGMT 496 (Modern Management Skills), Compensation Management, Staffing, Training, Human Resources, Leadership, and Organizational Change.
