Allona S. Murry

Allona S. Murry is an Instructional Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Mississippi's School of Business Administration, specializing in human resource (HR) and organizational behavior (OB) management. She teaches courses including Compensation Management, Leadership and Group Dynamics, and Employee Relations. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (2020) from the University of South Alabama, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her research focuses on personality, leadership, psychological safety, and workplace courage, with publications in psychological methodology journals.
