Daniela Silva is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Bicultural-Bilingual Studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio, specializing in the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESL) program. Her work centers on social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in education, with a focus on challenging deficit views toward multilingual learners and preparing educators for multicultural contexts.
