Daniela-Ioana TEODORESCU

Daniela-Ioana TEODORESCU serves as an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB) with a PhD in Engineering, actively contributing to civil engineering education and infrastructure research.
