Daniela Gwiazdowska

Dr. Daniela Gwiazdowska is a University Professor at Poznań University of Economics and Business in the Department of Natural Sciences and Quality. She holds extensive leadership roles including:

• Chairwoman of the Committee for Quality Studies
• Supervisor of SKN INVENTUM student group
• Deputy Chairwoman of the Organizing Committee for the 100th Anniversary of UEP
• Member of Doctoral School Council and Program Council

Her research expertise spans:

• Microbiological safety assessment in food/cosmetics
• Antimicrobial mechanisms of propionic/lactic acid bacteria
• Probiotic applications and mycotoxin mitigation
• Biological control strategies for agricultural pathogens
