Renata Dobrucka

Professor Renata Dobrucka serves as a full Professor in the Department of Quality of Industrial Products and Packaging at Poznan University of Economics and Business's Faculty of Commodity Science. She holds significant administrative responsibilities including membership in the Faculty Council, University Recruitment Committee, and multiple evaluation committees, while chairing the Committee for Periodic Evaluation of Academic Teachers.

Her research expertise centers on active and intelligent packaging systems, with specialized focus on oxygen indicators, sustainable packaging production, environmental protection methodologies, and advanced disinfection techniques. These research domains address critical industry challenges in product safety, shelf-life extension, and eco-friendly packaging innovation.

Professor Dobrucka actively mentors students through her supervision of SKN CommodityLab and maintains regular consultation hours (Tuesdays 10:00-11:00, Fridays 14:15-15:15 in Building A-wing room 039a). She contributes to professional development through memberships in the Polish Society of Commodity Science and Polish Chamber of Packaging.
