Daniela D'ADAMO is a tenured Researcher in Civil Procedural Law at the Department of Law, University of Bergamo, where she has been teaching since 2006. She was confirmed in tenure in November 2010 and obtained national scientific qualification for associate professors in Civil Procedural Law (SSD IUS/15) on December 12, 2023. She is also a practicing attorney, registered with the Bergamo Bar Association since 2002 and with the Special Register of Cassation and Higher Jurisdictions. As an associate lawyer at the D'Adamo law firm with offices in Bergamo and Stezzano, she combines academic expertise with practical legal experience.
Her research interests focus on Civil Procedural Law, Civil Code Commentary, Dispute Resolution, Family Law Conflicts, Judicial Protection of Rights, and Civil Execution Procedures. Her scholarly work demonstrates deep engagement with Italian civil procedure reforms and practical applications of civil law principles.
D'ADAMO's publications reveal a strong focus on civil procedure reforms, with particular attention to execution procedures, family law conflicts, and the relationship between judicial and alternative dispute resolution methods. Her recent work (2022-2024) includes numerous commentaries on specific articles of the Italian Civil Code, demonstrating her expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects of civil law.
She currently teaches two courses at the University of Bergamo: 'Diritto e Risoluzione dei Conflitti di Famiglia' (Family Law and Conflict Resolution) and 'Diritto Processuale Civile Avanzato' (Advanced Civil Procedural Law), reflecting her dual expertise in civil procedure and family law applications.
As a member of the National Association of Civil Procedure Scholars, she actively participates in the scholarly community advancing civil procedural studies in Italy.
