Cesare Cavallini is a Full Professor of Law specializing in Civil Procedure and Bankruptcy Law at Bocconi University's Department of Legal Studies 'Angelo Sraffa', where he has held this rank since 2001. He currently serves as Head of the Department since September 2022. He earned his J.D. from the Catholic University of Milan in 1989.
