Paola Widmann is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento, specializing in Civil Procedural Law and International Arbitration. She holds a PhD in Comparative and European Legal Studies from the University of Trento (2013) and has been a faculty member since 2020, progressing from a Researcher (RtdA/RtdB) to her current rank in 2023. Her expertise includes European legal frameworks, arbitration, tax procedure, and comparative legal systems.
