Daniel Posen is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto's Department of Civil & Mineral Engineering and holds the Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in System-Scale Environmental Impacts of Energy and Transport Technologies. His work integrates engineering, economics, and public policy to guide sustainability decision-making through life cycle assessment (LCA) of energy systems, electric vehicles, and infrastructure.
