Daniel Orchard is a Senior Lecturer (Functioning Human) at the UCO School of Osteopathy, Health Sciences University. He specializes in pain science, teaching and advising on evidence-based chronic pain management. With a background in osteopathy and an MSc in Pain Science from King’s College London, he lectures internationally and contributes to pain curriculum development. His research includes osteopathy’s role in older adults, mental health patients with chronic pain, and medically unexplained symptoms. He founded the Centre for Osteopathic Research and Excellence (CORE), a charity mentoring new osteopaths while providing affordable care.

Advising & Grants: Leads osteopathy curriculum development, mentors postgraduate osteopaths, and manages NHS-funded research projects. His work at CORE bridges clinical practice and education.
