Daniel Munro is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Boston University. His research focuses on epistemology, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of cognitive science with a particular emphasis on the nature and epistemic value of imagination. He explores how imaginative processes inform understanding of conspiracy theories, religious cognition, and artificial intelligence.
Education: B.A. Hons. in Philosophy from University of British Columbia (Vancouver), and Ph.D. in Philosophy from University of Toronto (2021). Previously held a SSHRC postdoctoral fellowship at York University before joining BU.
