Dr. Daniel Griffiths-King is a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the Aston Institute of Health & Neurodevelopment (IHN), part of the College of Health and Life Sciences at Aston University. He holds an honorary research contract at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and is a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society. His work focuses on using neuroimaging and neuropsychological methods to study neurological diseases’ impact on developing brains, particularly in pediatric populations.

Research Interests:
His research integrates MRI, MEG, and deep learning to develop predictive models for clinical outcomes in children with brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, and autoimmune encephalitis. Key projects include the AIPNI lab’s work on pediatric brain tumor diagnosis via MRI and the PROBIT initiative for transdiagnostic outcome prediction.
