Daniel Forester is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Tech, where he teaches courses on Fintech and Crypto start-up issues, and a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. His work focuses on legal and strategic challenges in the Fintech, blockchain, defi, Web3, and NFT ecosystems, particularly regarding intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
