Daniel Farbman is an Associate Professor and McHale Faculty Research Scholar at Boston College Law School. He teaches Constitutional Law, Local Government Law, Inequality, and Movement Lawyering, while researching legal history of radical reform movements.
His publications examine historical and contemporary relationships between local governance structures and social justice movements, including studies of plantation localism, judicial solidarity, and post-Civil War legal frameworks.
