Daniel Bubeck is a Senior Lecturer of Voice at the University of North Texas, specializing in Early Music and Vocal Studies. He holds a doctoral degree and master's in voice and historical performance from Indiana University, alongside a performance diploma and opera certificate from the Peabody Institute. His work centers on countertenor roles in Baroque and classical repertoire, with a focus on Handel operas and Bach’s major works.
Notable performances include world premieres of John Adams’s El Niño and The Gospel According to the Other Mary, as well as leading roles in Handel’s Giulio Cesare, Rinaldo, and Messiah. He has collaborated with prestigious ensembles like the London Symphony Orchestra, Berlin Philharmonic, and the American Bach Soloists, performing globally in venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Concertgebouw.
