Dr. Danica Kulibert is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychological Science at Kennesaw State University (KSU) and an affiliated faculty member in the School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding, and Development. She leads the Social Perceptions and Intergroup Relations (SPAIR) Lab, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), particularly addressing systemic issues faced by marginalized communities. Her research employs theories like Social Identity and Intergroup Contact Theory to explore how group memberships shape perceptions of discrimination, sexual harassment, and political behaviors.
Dr. Kulibert holds a Ph.D. from Tulane University and degrees from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her work emphasizes open science practices, including pre-registration and transparent methodologies. She has served as a statistical consultant for over a decade, aiding organizations in applying social psychological insights to real-world challenges like workplace dynamics and healthcare.
