Dane Rowlands is a Professor of International Affairs at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University, where he has taught since 1994. His research spans IMF programs, sovereign debt, development assistance, conflict economics, and international migration. He teaches courses on international finance and conflict economics.
