Dana Budd serves as an Instructor at Fresno Pacific University while holding the full-time position of Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Paso Robles Joint Unified School District. In her district leadership role, she drives initiatives focused on collaborative teams, data-based decision making, and comprehensive program oversight including VAPA, GATE, and MTSS implementation across all grade levels.

Her scholarly work centers on Instructional Leadership with deep emphasis on academic and social-emotional support systems for educators and students. She champions collaborative inquiry models, guaranteed and viable curriculum frameworks, and technology-integrated leadership approaches to create inclusive learning environments that address diverse student needs through evidence-based practices.

Dana coordinates district-wide programs including Visual and Performing Arts, Gifted and Talented Education, Instructional Coaching networks, Assessment systems, and Professional Development initiatives. She co-leads Multi-Tiered System of Supports implementation through Knowledge Development Sites and district-wide cohort models, facilitating high-quality collaboration among administrators, teachers, and support staff.
