Holly Todd

Holly Todd serves as an Instructor of Counseling at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, teaching school counseling courses and developing the School Counseling program track. She concurrently supports rural Utah school districts through the Northeastern Utah Educational Services Agency, focusing on crisis response, MTSS implementation, and counseling program development.

Her educational credentials include a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and Licensed School Counselor (LSC) certification. With over 20 years in K-12 education, she has served as classroom teacher, school counselor, crisis team specialist, and interventionist across diverse Utah districts, including roles at the Utah State Board of Education.

Professional expertise centers on school counseling program design, social-emotional learning frameworks, trauma-responsive practices, and youth mental health advocacy. She actively promotes educator wellness while presenting nationally on crisis response systems and SEL integration in educational settings.

Holly mentors future counselors through curriculum development for Master's and Certificate programs, emphasizing rural school support systems. Her collaborative work strengthens crisis response capabilities and MTSS frameworks across underserved districts.
