Dan W. PUCHNIAK

Dan W. PUCHNIAK is the Yong Pung How Professor of Law and Director of the Centre for Commercial Law in Asia at Singapore Management University's Yong Pung How School of Law. He holds numerous academic leadership roles, including Inaugural Director of the Asian Corporate Law Forum and Editor-in-Chief of the European Corporate Governance Institute Blog. His career includes tenured positions at the National University of Singapore (2014–2022) and visiting appointments at leading institutions like Stanford Law School, Columbia Law School, and the University of Tokyo.

Research focuses on comparative corporate law, with specialization in Asia-Pacific jurisdictions.
