Dr. Dan S. Gombos is a Professor and Section Chief of Ophthalmology within the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. He holds joint appointments as Associate Professor at Baylor College of Medicine (Departments of Ophthalmology and Pediatrics) and Clinical Professor at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. As Clinical Co-Director of the Retinoblastoma Center of Houston, he specializes in ocular oncology, focusing on advanced treatments for retinoblastoma, uveal melanoma, and intraocular/conjunctival malignancies.
