Dan Markus KRAFT is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal since 2014, affiliated with the CDACI (Centre de droit des affaires et du commerce international). He specializes in international business law, corporate governance, and globalization, with a focus on financial institutions and cross-border legal frameworks. His research addresses governance challenges in financial systems and comparative corporate law.
