Alain GÉLINAS is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of Université de Montréal. He holds a multidisciplinary background in law and finance, with a LL.D from Université de Montréal (1995). He has over 30 years of expertise in financial law, including roles at the Quebec Securities Commission and leadership positions in the Bureau de décision et de révision. He is affiliated with the CDACI (Centre de droit des affaires et du commerce international).

Research & Expertise: His work focuses on financial law, capital markets regulation, international trade law, administrative law, and corporate governance. He teaches courses on financial intermediaries, securities law, corporate financing, and business law.
