معرفی
Dan Lindholm is a Visiting Professor at Linköping University's Department of Biomedical and Clinical Sciences (BKV), affiliated with the Division of Cell and Neurobiology (CNB). His research focuses on neurobiology and immunology, particularly in neurodegenerative diseases like Huntington's and psychiatric conditions such as psychosis. Key areas include molecular mechanisms of ER stress, neuronal protection, and immune biomarkers in mental health.
His recent publications investigate CNPY2’s role in neuroprotection against ER stress in Huntington’s disease models and elevated EN-RAGE plasma levels in first-episode psychosis patients. Lindholm collaborates across disciplines, combining cellular neuroscience with translational psychiatry.
No scientific awards, grants, or formal advisees are explicitly listed. He is part of the Cell and Neurobiology Division at LIU, contributing to biomedical research programs.
