Prof. Damien Geradin is an Honorary Professor at Tilburg Law School and a core member of TILT Tilburg Law and Economic Center (TILEC). He holds additional roles as a Partner at Gerardin Partners and Honorary Visiting Professor at the University of East Anglia. His work focuses on EU competition law, digital markets regulation, arbitration, and law-economics intersections. Geradin contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals through research on socio-technical change governance.
His research explores topics like cartel law, online advertising monopolies, patent assertion entities, and regulatory frameworks for digital platforms. He has published extensively since 2003, with notable works analyzing the EU's approach to 'free' services and ad tech ecosystems. Geradin serves as Editor of the Journal of Competition Law and Economics and actively participates in academic activities including peer reviews and conferences.
